Introducing the Modular Dual Focused Max Outs.
The Max Outs come in the Rush, Burn, Burst, Resistance, Sport, Super, and Challenge, variety. They can be focused to your lower, upper, core, or complete body. As such they have a dual focus. They are also modular, meaning they can easily be stacked together to create your own focused custom workouts, of the duration you require.
The Rush Max Outs.
The Rush Max Outs are all about speed and cardio. Get that heart rate up by pushing for maximum repetitions at maximum speed. These moves can be done by anybody.
The Burn Max Outs.
The Burn Max Outs are all about strength. Aim for as many reps as you can. If you have to go slower, that's okay. These moves are slightly more difficult to perform. Modifiers are suggested if the strength moves are too difficult for you to perform.
The Burst Max Outs.
The Burst Max Outs are all about speed and strength combined. They will work your power. Aim for as many reps as you can. If you have to go slower, that's okay. These moves are the hardest to perform and so are always optional in every workout only if you want them in. Modifiers are suggested if the burst moves are too difficult for you to perform.
The Resistance Max Outs.
The Resistance Max Outs can be done holding hand weights for added resistance. They are all about speed and strength combined. They will work your power. Aim for as many reps as you can. If you have to go slower, that's okay. These can be harder to perform. Modifiers are suggested for doing them without the weights.
The Sports Max Outs.
The Sports Max Outs work a mix of speed, strength, and power. They are full body Max Outs designed to emulate movements found in common sports both to provide all round total body conditioning and to provide more variety and fun. Aim for as many reps as you can. These moves can be done by anybody.
The Super Max Outs.
The Super Max Outs give the most varied workouts by mixing up sets from all the other Max Outs.
The Challenge Max Outs.
The Challenge Max Outs are presented to you at the end of each workout. They offer you an extra 60 seconds of a move of your choosing to encourage you to push yourself that bit further before stopping with every workout. Always push yourself to go that bit further each time.
No two workouts are identical.
There are just under 200 moves with video in The 4 Minute Max Outs. There are 32 different focused workout plans that each present you a slightly different challenge every time you do them. These will get you great results right out of the box. You can also create your own focused routines using The Max Out Mixer. There are over 70 Max Outs that can be easily stacked to make a custom workout of the duration and focus you need. That's more than enough to keep you busy and keep your workouts varied. And without a single annoying additional device storage debilitating video download pack, or even more annoying in-app purchase required for additional routines, as with other apps. Everything you need is in the original purchase, and the app still remains under 58MB and so will never be responsible for cloging up your devices storage space.
