Of course included are several strategically constructed Max Out Plans and Max Out Schedules, provided for you to get fast results out of the box, but the freedom and flexibility is there to do your own thing if you want or need to. But there’s more. Being focused and modular is great if you have injured a certain part of your body. You don’t have to just sit it out or struggle in pain until you fully recover like with other interval circuit routines. For instance, if you had a sore shoulder, you could still do any of the Lower Max Outs. If your muscles were sore, you could still do the Speed Max Outs.
